You have your tickets. What you are missing is the itinerary.

I turn your dates, your budget and what you want into a clear, realistic itinerary, without you spending dozens of hours comparing everything.

First chat free. No commitment.

If I think you do not need me, I will tell you that too.

Julien working on his laptop, in a café in Ubud

You do not need more information.
You need to know what to choose.

Videos, posts, blogs, guides. There are thousands about your destination, and they all say everything is worth the detour. Finding information stopped being the problem a long time ago.

The problem is deciding. What to keep and what to cut. In what order to string the stops together. How many nights in each place. How to get from one point to the next without losing a day. What really deserves your time, and what is not worth it for your own trip.

That is exactly where I come in.

What I help you avoid

An itinerary that does not hold up Six stops in ten days reads very well on a map. On the ground, it is another story.
Days lost on the road A seven hour detour for half a day on the spot is the kind of trade off you only see afterwards.
An overloaded programme Coming home more tired than when you left, because everything was scheduled to the quarter hour.
Badly chosen stops Booking three nights in a place that had nothing to do with what you came for.

What you really gain

You are not buying a document. You are buying a better organised trip, and the hours you will not spend organising it.

Time The dozens of hours of comparing, I do them.
Stops that make sense Every place kept has a reason to be there, and the right length of stay.
Optimised journeys The order of the stops is designed to avoid pointless back and forth.
A pace that suits you Slow travel or full days, we set the programme to what you want.
A budget you stick to You know what to expect before you leave, item by item.
Peace of mind You leave with a coherent plan and the decisions already made.

What it looks like in practice

An illustrative example, written to show the approach. It is not a client testimonial.

What lands in my inbox

“I am going to Bali for 12 days. I want to see Ubud, Amed, Nusa Penida, Canggu, Uluwatu and the Gilis. But I do not know if it is realistic.”

Six stops in twelve days

  • Ubud
  • Amed
  • Nusa Penida
  • Canggu
  • Uluwatu
  • The Gilis
  • Transfers in every direction
  • No logical order between the stops
  • More activities than available days

What I send back

“Two of these stops will cost you almost as much time on the road and on boats as on the spot. Here are the four I would keep, and in this order.”

Four stops, in this order

  • Ubud
  • Nusa Penida
  • Uluwatu
  • Canggu

Removed: Amed the Gilis

  • Less travel, more time on the spot
  • An order that avoids going through the same place twice
  • A trip that ends near the airport
  • A programme you can actually follow

The goal is not to fit in as many destinations as possible. The goal is to build the best possible trip with the time you have.

I do not give you a list of places

You already have a list. In three searches, you find the twenty places to see at your destination. What you do not have are the answers to the questions that follow.

  • Which stop to cut because it costs a day of travel for a few hours there?
  • How many nights to stay in each place, without feeling rushed or bored?
  • In what order to do the stops so you do not cover the same route twice?
  • Which transport is really worth its price on this stretch, and which one costs you your day?
  • Is this activity worth the half day it takes, given the rest of your programme?
  • Is your itinerary realistic, or two stops too full?

Answering that means knowing the ground and accepting to say no to places that are nonetheless very beautiful. That is the work you pay for.

You could do it all yourself

That is true, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Everything is online, for free, including on this site. The real question is not whether you can. It is how many hours you want to spend on it, and how sure you are of your choices once it is done.

ChatGPT, Google, TikTok and blogs are excellent for finding ideas. They will give you fifty suggestions in a few minutes. My role starts right after: keeping the ten that make sense for your trip, in the right order, in the time you have.

Finding fifty ideas has become free. Knowing which ones to cut, much less so.

Recommendations from the ground

I do not build your trip only from lists found online. I also draw on my own trips and on what I have been able to test myself.

The destinations I know first hand are the ones I document here: Bali, Komodo, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and New York.

For a destination I have not done, I tell you before we start, and we decide together whether it is worth it. I also do not claim to have tested every hotel or restaurant I suggest: when a recommendation comes from somewhere other than my own experience, I tell you.

The three packages

You choose depending on the work you want to keep for yourself. The price is set before we start and does not change.

My recommendations are independent

I do not book anything for you and I earn nothing on what you book from your itinerary. You stay in control of your money, your payments and your cancellations. Flights, nights and activities are of course paid by you.

Some links on this site are affiliate links and it says so on every page. It never changes what I recommend, and I never rank options by commission.

How it works

Julien working on his laptop, sitting on a sofa under a bamboo roof
  1. We talkYou write to me with your destination, your dates, your budget and what you want. It is free and commits you to nothing. I reply with the package that fits and its exact price.
  2. I buildI turn all of that into a coherent, realistic itinerary. You read it, tell me what does not work, and we adjust.
  3. You leave with peace of mindYou come away with a clear plan, the right decisions already made, and the time you did not spend comparing.

Not sure which package to choose? No need to know.

Going on a working holiday in Australia?

It is a different job, with its own timelines and its own traps. I have a page dedicated to that kind of support.

The questions I get asked

Can you plan any destination?

I know Bali, Komodo, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and New York first hand. For a destination I have not done, I tell you before we start, and we decide together whether it is worth it.

Do you book the hotels and activities for me?

No. I build the programme and tell you what to book, where and when. You book it yourself, you stay in control of your money and your cancellations.

Do you earn a commission on my bookings?

Nothing on what you book from your itinerary. Some links on the site are affiliate links and it says so on every page, but it never changes what I recommend and I never rank options by commission.

Why pay when I can use ChatGPT or TikTok?

ChatGPT, Google and TikTok are very good for finding ideas. My work starts after that: sorting those ideas, cutting some, putting them in an order that works, and checking that the whole thing is doable in the time you have. It is not research, it is decision making.

I have already started planning my trip, is it too late?

On the contrary, it is the best time for the 59 € review. You send me what you have, I tell you what I would keep and what I would change.

Can I change the itinerary after your work?

It is yours, you do what you want with it. Two rounds of changes are included in the full itinerary, so if something does not suit you, tell me and we adjust.

Are you going to impose hotels or activities on me?

No. I suggest, I explain why, and you decide. If you tell me you do not want a hostel or a day on a boat, it is noted and I build around it.

How long before departure should I plan?

The earlier you start, the more choice you have on domestic flights and accommodation. That said, two weeks before departure, a full itinerary is still doable.

Does it work for families, couples or groups of friends?

Yes, and that is even where the work helps most. An itinerary for two people who do not travel at the same pace, or for a group that needs to agree, takes more trade offs than a solo trip.

Which package should I choose?

You do not need to know before writing to me. Tell me about your plans and I will honestly tell you which one fits best. If I think you do not need me, I will tell you that too.

Let's start

Want to stop going round in circles with your itinerary?

Tell me where you want to go, when, and where you are in your preparation. I reply with the package that fits, its price and exactly what you will receive.
